June-19 June 2008
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The fourth annual
Rome Seminar offers trustees, administrators and key senior faculty of
ACCU institutions a first-hand opportunity to explore the
intellectual and spiritual legacy of the Catholic Church in order to
strengthen and promote the mission of Catholic Higher
Education in the U.S. Conducted and coordinated by ACCU senior staff and the
staff of the Lay Centre at Foyer Unitas, the seminar offers a unique
inside look at the Vatican and an inspiring experience of the
Eternal City's
spiritual treasures. Included are in-depth conversations with
representatives from the Holy See
and from Rome’s pontifical universities. Coordinators of the
seminar are Dr. Michael Galligan-Stierle, Dr. Donna Orsuto and Robert White.
